The company was founded to grow in isolation through B2D (Business-to-Distributor) sales. In other words, the many agency products must be sold through distributors who buy the products from Mrain and then sell it to the end user<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bolder; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Mrain is owned by M\u00f8rkenborg Holding ApS and ScanPipe Holding ApS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>M\u00f8rkenborg Holding has had Rasmus M\u00f8rkenborg at the helm since 2011. Rasmus himself knows both the organization and the various agencies well as he was the 3rd owner and 2nd generation in the ownership of nyrup plast.<\/p>\n<p>ScanPipe Holding came in as a strategic partner in 2023. The holding company is headed by Mikael Lundgaard. Mikael has many years of experience within the VA industry and is the incumbent director of ScanPipe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mrain is a specialist in rainwater solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We expand our agency&#039;s products through good product advice and interaction between advisers, architects, municipalities, contractors and not least our dealers who sell the products on to the consumer either in the business or the private sector.<\/p>\n<h2 data-elementor-setting-key=\"title\" data-pen-placeholder=\"Skriv her...\">Focus on the environment and future generations<\/h2>\n<p>Mrain was founded with an eye on the environment and with the dream of being able to make it easier for the retailer to find quality products within:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drain &amp;
